如果您从主菜单选择文件 > 新建 > 文本文件创建文档，Writer创建基于默认模板的文档。但是你可以设置自定义模板为默认模板。以后如果你需要，您可以重置默认模板。 If you create a document by choosing File > New > Text Document from the main menu, Writer creates the document from the Default template. You can, however, set a custom template to be the default. You can reset the default later if you choose.

您可以设置任何模板为默认模板，只要它是在模板管理窗口显示的一个文件夹中。 You can set any template to be the default, as long as it is in one of the folders displayed in the Template Management window.

要设置一个自定义模板为默认模板： To set a custom template as the default:

1. 从主菜单选择文件 > 模板 > 管理。模板管理窗口打开。 From the main menu, choose File > Templates > Organize. The Template Management dialog box (Figure 4) opens.
2. 左边的框中，双击包含您要设置为默认模板的模板的文件夹，然后选择相应的模板。 In the box on the left, select the folder that contains the template that you want to set as the default, then select the template.
3. 点击命令按钮，从下拉菜单中，选择设置为默认模板。 Click the Commands button and choose Set as Default Template from the drop-down menu.

下一次，您选择文件 > 新建 > 文本文件来创建文档，新文档将基于该模板创建。 The next time that you create a document by choosing File > New > Text Document, the document will be created from this template.
