OOo只能使用在OOo的模板文件夹中的模板。你可以创建新的OOo模板文件夹，并利用这些管理您的模板，以及将模板导入到那些文件夹中。例如，你可能有一个报表模板的模板文件夹和一个信件模板的模板文件夹。您也可以和导出模板。 OOo can only use templates that are in OOo template folders. You can create new OOo template folders and use them to organize your templates, and import templates into those folders. For example, you might have one template folder for report templates and another for letter templates. You can also export templates.

首先，从主菜单选择文档 > 模板 > 管理，打开模板管理对话框。 To begin, choose File > Templates > Organize from the main menu. The Template Management dialog opens.
